These terms and conditions form part of a legally binding contract between 'Bubblebird' and the you 'The Client'. If the services/items in these terms and conditions are not met, Bubblebird reserve the right to either withdraw our services or make reasonable additional charges to cover our costs or losses in revenue.


A payment is payable to confirm the booking. The booking will be confirmed by receipt of this payment. The payment should be made by bank transfer, payable to Bubblebird. BACS details will be found on our invoice. Payments are non-refundale as costs have to be covrered prior to date. Bar opening times will be subject to approval by the relevant authorities and run for 6 hours stated by Bubblebird. Extended bar hours can be added subject to Bubblebirds descretion at a cost of £50 per hour for all packages except the Dry Hire Package, where the cost will rise to £95 per hour. Where possible, The Client shall ensure a 32amp (large blue plug) outdoor power supply, near to the bar location. Bubblebird cannot accept responsibility for any loss of power supply. If a power supply cannot be found, Bubblebird will use their own generator. Bubblebird cannot accept responsibility for any breakdown or loss of power of the generator, but will endeavour to provide power at all times of the event.In case of any technical issues, i.e Cooler/Fridge breakages, Bubblebird reserves the right to serve products at room temperature without any comeback.

Minimum Spend & Cancellation:

If the minimum spend is not reached, then the hirer (named person on booking form) shall be invoiced for the balance, which should be payable on the night. In the event that Bubblebird are not able to provide services as agreed due to circumstances out of their control (such as major weather conditions, transport problems, etc.), they will not be held responsible for any loss, cancellation or delay. In the event that specific items, food or drink is overly popular during the course of service, Bubblebird may run out of stock for that particular drinks, and that, in such circumstance, Bubblebird will not be held responsible for not being able to serve that specific drink for the remainder of service, but will endeavour to source a suitable replacement.

Supply of products:

Bubblebird shall be the provider of all alchohol at the event, with notification of an additional suppliers. It will not be permitted for anyone to consume their own drinks at the event, unless otherwise agreed. All drinks and alchohol will be provided at the price stated on the Bubblebird price list and agreed in advance. Prices are correct at time of print. If Bubblebird cannot provide a particular brand requested, they have the right to provide a similar product at a similar price.

Access to venue:

The client shall ensure sufficient time is available to access the venue prior to the start of the event to unload and prepare equipment and stock. The Client shall also ensure sufficient time between the closing of the bar and having to vacate the venue to enable all goods and equipment to be dismantled, removed and loaded into waiting vehicles. Vehicle parking: A secure parking spot for Bubblebird vehicles should be made available next to the venue access point to ensure availability of additional stock and to facilitate easy loading and unloading.


Bubblebird has full Public Liability Insurance. Copies of certificates are available upon request

The Licensing Act 2003:

All of our bars work under The Licensing Act 2003. Our staff are instructed to operate within these rules. Please note the following: 1)No alcohol will be sold to anyone under the age of 18, or who appears to be so and cannot prove otherwise. If your event includes guests around the age of 18, please ask them to bring ID. we opertate the LOOK 25 policy. 2)It is an offence to sell or supply or supply alcohol to anyone under the age of 18. If we suspect that anyone is doing so, service from that person will be withdrawn. If we see anyone we know to be underage drinking alcohol that has been purchased from us, we confiscate the drink or ask you to do so. 3)We will not serve anyone who is excessively drunk, or who is abusive or threatening to staff or other customers or guests. Payment for drinks: All drinks are paid for as sold on the night, with the exception of prepaid drinks packages or prepaid free bars. We offer credit card facilities but will not run a tab type bar unless monies have been paid prior to the event or an agreement has been drawn up.
